Led the restructuring of an ailing business, divested non-performing and idle assets, increased EBITDA margin by 16% via reduced operating costs and optimized product mix.

Originated, developed and formed a JV with global leader that won a $450 million contract with a national oil company to produce industrial gases for refineries.

Envisioned, planned and negotiated a JV with offshore contractor that won a seven-year, $1 billion contract and created 900 jobs in its first year of operation.

Career History

Prior to joining the ExcellenceO2 team, Alfred spent over 6 years developing an investment platform by leading pre-IPO strategy and adding value through organic growth and acquisitions for the Industrialization and Energy Services Co., considered one of Saudi Arabia's pillars for economic expansion. Prior to that, he held senior and executive roles during 8 years in public and private businesses in the Middle East where he improved operational performance and drove growth organically and through acquisitions. Alfred has also over 13 years of wide-arching experience in the US in industrial operations, real estate, project management and engineering.

Alfred holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (1982) and a M.Sc. in Civil Engineering (1984) both from Texas Tech University (USA). He earned an Executive MBA in 1992 from Rutgers University (USA)
